Project Partners by location

In Lebanon, many years of civil war have devastated the country and the government is struggling to rebuild the infrastructure.  Our Partners on the ground seek to provide many of the key services that impoverished people could not otherwise afford.

In Israel and the Occupied Territories, our Partners, in the Projects and communities in which they live, work under the most difficult conditions.  In many cases, they face and endure the consequences of daily acts of terrorism, military action, curfews, travel restrictions, very high levels of unemployment, continual interruptions to education at all levels, below the bread-line poverty, shortages of basic necessities, and economic uncertainty.

Despite all of this, our Partners strive to maintain continuity and stability in their communities, particularly for the sake of the children in their care.

In Egypt, our Project Partners provide urgent medical and social care to both desperately poor Egyptians and to the many refugees who have fled into Egypt from Sudan, Somalia and Ethiopia.  This overwhelming demand has placed a heavy burden on the available resources where they congregate, and cannot be met without the help of partnerships such as that provided by BibleLands and its Partner agencies.
