Tricia has 20 years' fundraising experience and joined BibleLands' Senior Management Team in April 2005.  Her immediate priority is the development of a new five year Communications and Fundraising strategy to ensure that BibleLands' much needed care of the vulnerable and disadvantaged will continue for as long as it is needed. The strategy will recognise, appreciate and continue to encourage our existing wonderful supporter base, as well as finding, reaching and enthusing a whole new generation of younger supporters.

She says: "During my career I have chosen to work in organisations making a difference to those who are vulnerable and disadvantaged. I am very much drawn to the Christian ethos of BibleLands and am delighted to take on what promises to be a challenging and rewarding role in making that difference to the lives of so many, especially the children, in this troubled region."
